Jasmine Kiss Necklace (Midnight comet)

One of Washi's best qualities (apart from its strength) is how well it can be dyed, and how vibrant the colours come out, especially metallic leaf such as this gold. The gold glimmers and shines, the perfect foil for the midnight blue arcs. I found the curved pattern a great contrast for the angular crispness of Jasmine Kiss.

Jasmine Kiss is made by interlocking a cube with an octagon, I really like how the octagon elongates the piece until it almost becomes a jewel drop.
